LIFE

What first attracted me was the fast-paced environment and the variety of daily tasks. I quickly realized how much I enjoyed connecting with people, solving challenges, and creating memorable experiences for guests. That sense of service and teamwork, similar to what I experienced in the military, made the industry feel like a natural fit, and I’ve been passionate about it ever since.

STYLE

A significant amount of my hospitality experience has been in operations and as a servant leader, joining Coury as an HR Manager gave me the ability to offer guidance and support for our Curators. Coury allows me to shape others’ experiences, while also engaging in purposeful work and that feels fulfilling to me in an organization that emphasizes both people and hospitality.

What I enjoy most about working in hospitality is the opportunity to connect with people and make a difference in their day. Every interaction is a chance to create a memorable experience, whether it’s for a guest or a Curator. I love the fast-paced, dynamic nature of the industry—no two days are the same, and there’s always something new to learn or a challenge to solve. I also enjoy the sense of teamwork and camaraderie that comes from working with others who share the same passion for service and excellence. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the impact of our efforts firsthand.
