LIFE
My family owned a full-service restaurant in rural Tennessee as a young teen. It was expected we all work together to contribute to the family business. I grew up all over the South – Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia and Florida. I followed my heart to Texas and have called North Texas home ever since.
STYLE
I was attracted to Coury Hospitality because they seek to create experiences and memories through their hotels, curators, and particularly the food and beverage experience. The emphasis placed on the empowerment of the curators to deliver beyond expectations is unparalleled in this industry. I am the first person to have the opportunity as Corporate Director of Food and Beverage Training and I am very honored to be selected to join this amazing team!
HOTELS
I believe hospitality was my calling, and it chose me before I even knew it, becoming a General Manager at 24 and a Multi-unit Manager at 27. Hospitality to me is an unwavering desire to serve others. To bring joy and contentment through food, beverage, and genuine interactions. I get to not only serve others but also use my operations background to teach others how to do the same and find personal joy and satisfaction in connecting with Guests and a job well done.
