The Leader-In-Training Program is a 12 to 18-month development program for recent hospitality graduates and high-performing Experience Curators seeking growth within our company. It combines hands-on experience, leadership training, and mentorship from top Coury Hospitality executives.
WHAT DOES THE L.I.T. PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?
The CEO-In-Training Program is a by-nomination, comprehensive, 12 to 18-month learning and development experience for existing, high-performing Director-level leaders who are wanting to develop into GMs with our company. The program provides a combination of hands-on experience, self-guided leadership training and mentoring from top executives within Coury Hospitality.

Not always. Many roles welcome candidates new to the industry, and we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed. Other positions, especially leadership and specialized culinary roles, do require relevant experience. Each job posting lists its specific requirements.
