Andrew Casperson is the President of Coury Hospitality, a dynamic hospitality executive with deep operational expertise. Since joining Coury in 2023 as EVP of Operations—later serving as COO—he has played a pivotal role in optimizing performance, elevating guest experiences, and driving the company’s continued growth.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, Andrew ensures that every Coury property delivers immersive atmospheres—where curated music, inventive menus, and interactive activations transform casual visits into memorable experiences. His leadership extends to training and professional development, fostering a culture of excellence across the portfolio.

Before Coury, Andrew held senior leadership roles at Wyndham, W Hotels, Omni Hotels & Resorts, Highgate, and Aimbridge Hospitality, gaining extensive multi-property management experience. A dedicated industry professional, he also serves on hospitality and civic boards, reinforcing his commitment to community engagement and operational excellence.
