Heather Carrasco is the Vice President of Procurement at Coury Hospitality, where she leads strategic sourcing, vendor partnerships, and purchasing operations across the company’s growing portfolio of lifestyle hotels and restaurants. With a sharp eye for quality and a passion for detail, Heather ensures that each property is thoughtfully equipped to deliver standout guest experiences—down to the smallest design element.

Heather began her hospitality career in 2011 and joined Coury Hospitality in 2017. Over the past nine years, she has advanced through several key roles—from Manager to Director and now Vice President—reflecting her strong leadership and impact across multiple renovations, new builds, and property improvement plans. Her ability to translate creative vision into high-quality, functional outcomes has made her a trusted leader in delivering spaces that align with Coury’s elevated brand standards.

A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Justice Studies, Heather brings an analytical mindset and a natural sense of organization to her work. She thrives on the fast-paced nature of hospitality, collaborating with global vendors, and managing the many moving parts that bring a hotel project to life. Her commitment to excellence and adaptability continues to shape Coury’s guest experience across every new and evolving space.
