Jeff Hickman

Jeff Hickman is the Regional Director of Human Resources at Coury Hospitality, where he leads HR strategy and supports people operations across the company’s growing portfolio. With more than two decades of human resources experience, Jeff brings extensive expertise in talent development, organizational leadership, employee relations, and operational excellence.

Jeff brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience. Before joining Coury, he served as Director of Human Resources for Great Wolf Lodge for 12 years and held HR leadership roles with Loews Hotels & Co. He also supported the opening of Hotel Drover, Autograph Collection as its Opening Human Resources Director. Earlier in his career, he worked in recruiting and employment operations within financial services.

Jeff focuses on building strong teams, developing leaders, and supporting a culture that reflects Coury Hospitality’s People First philosophy.
