Jeremy Bouvet

Jeremy Bouvet is the Regional Director of Operations at Coury Hospitality, where he supports operational performance and leadership across the company’s growing portfolio of lifestyle hotels.

He brings more than a decade of leadership experience with Evolution Hospitality, where he served as General Manager and led hotel teams focused on delivering strong operational results and exceptional guest experiences. Earlier in his career, he held operations leadership roles at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego, building a strong foundation in hotel operations and service excellence.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and focus on team performance, Jeremy was promoted into his current regional role to support hotel operations, strengthen leadership teams, and help drive continued success across the Coury portfolio.
