Kim Soria

Kim Soria is the Regional Director of Human Resources at Coury Hospitality, where she leads HR strategy and supports a people-first culture across the company’s lifestyle hotel portfolio. A dedicated servant leader and military veteran, Kim brings a unique blend of operational expertise, empathy, and strategic insight to her role.

Before transitioning into HR, Kim built a strong foundation in hotel operations, including leadership roles with DelMonte Hotel Group and White Lodging Services. She later joined Coury as an HR Manager, drawn by the company’s emphasis on service, people, and purpose. Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from SUNY Empire State College and an MBA in Human Resources Development from Southern New Hampshire University.

Kim believes true hospitality begins behind the scenes—with strong leadership, authentic support, and a culture rooted in kindness. She leads with a service mindset and is driven by the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of both guests and employees.
