Before joining Coury, Lorna held HR leadership roles at Practice Hospitality Group and Hilton Hotels, where she supported high-performing teams and helped foster strong, service-oriented workplace cultures. She holds a degree in Business Administration and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), reflecting her commitment to both strategic leadership and operational excellence.
