Michael Douzuk is the Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage at Coury Hospitality, where he leads the strategic vision, development, and execution of F&B experiences across the company’s award-winning lifestyle hotels. With a passion for creativity and connection, he plays a key role in curating unforgettable dining moments that drive guest loyalty and elevate each property’s unique identity.

Michael’s career in hospitality spans more than 20 years, with deep roots in food & beverage operations across luxury hotels and high-volume destinations. Prior to joining Coury, he held leadership roles with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Marriott International, Gaylord Hotels, Walt Disney World, and Ascent Hospitality, where he oversaw multi-outlet restaurant operations, concept development, and brand strategy. Highlights of his journey include progressive F&B leadership at The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott, guest-experience-driven roles at Walt Disney World, and corporate F&B leadership at Ascent Hospitality.

Michael began his hospitality journey at age 15 as a golf caddie and later worked as a ski instructor, where he discovered his love for making people feel welcome in all kinds of conditions. That early exposure to personal service sparked a lifelong commitment to hospitality. Known for his guest-first approach, he thrives on turning great service into lasting memories and believes in creating “once-in-a-lifetime” experiences that guests can’t wait to share—and return for.
