Mike Norris is the Vice President of Hotel Accounting at Coury Hospitality, bringing over 30 years of experience in hospitality finance and accounting. With a career rooted in multi-property accounting operations, financial leadership, and team development, Mike plays a key role in strengthening Coury’s financial infrastructure as the company continues to grow its diverse portfolio of hotels and brands.

Prior to joining Coury, Mike held progressive leadership roles at Aimbridge Hospitality, one of the largest hotel management companies in the world, where he served as a Director and later Vice President of Accounting. His background also includes controller experience across resort and lifestyle properties, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the unique financial demands of both full-service and boutique hospitality environments.

Known for his ability to build and lead high-performing accounting teams, Mike brings deep expertise in financial close processes, compliance, internal controls, and multi-entity reporting. He is passionate about turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and is committed to standardizing and scaling accounting operations in a way that supports both current performance and long-term growth.
