Nasima Baerde

Nasima Baerde is the Vice President of Human Resources, Field Operations at Coury Hospitality, bringing more than 15 years of hospitality HR leadership to the organization. Known for her strategic approach and collaborative style, she supports property teams with a focus on performance, employee relations, and operational alignment.

Before joining Coury, Nasima held senior HR roles at Driftwood Hospitality Management, Touchstone Golf, and Westmont Hospitality Group, where she led multi-property HR teams and large-scale initiatives, including the successful implementation of a new payroll system that improved accuracy and efficiency across operations.
