With a degree in Strategic & Corporate Communication from Chapman University and SHRM-CP certification, Nicole combines strategic thinking with strong interpersonal insight to support Coury’s people-first culture.

Before joining Coury, Nicole held HR roles at organizations such as Pacific Hospitality Group & MegaMex Foods, where she developed expertise in benefits administration, employee engagement, and human capital systems—building a reputation for empowering teams and driving results.
