Nora Miller

Nora Miller is the Vice President of Development, Culture & Engagement at Coury Hospitality, where she leads the company’s people-first strategy—championing internal growth, team development, and a culture of care across its expanding portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she is passionate about cultivating talent and building organizational culture that drives both performance and retention.

Nora began her hospitality career in college and was quickly drawn to the industry’s constant evolution and daily challenges. She joined Coury Hospitality in 2017 as the General Manager of the Ambassador Hotel Tulsa and has since grown into a key leadership role. In her current position, she supports company-wide initiatives around employee engagement, onboarding, and leadership development, and plays an active role in new property openings and brand transitions.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that investing in people is as important as investing in properties. At Coury, she ensures that team members are not only supported but also given the tools and opportunities to advance. Nora’s work continues to strengthen Coury’s culture and position the company as an employer of choice in the industry.
