Shannon Campbell is the Regional Director of Sales & Catering at Coury Hospitality, where she leads sales strategy and catering operations across the company’s growing portfolio of hotels. Known for her ability to inspire teams and deliver results, Shannon brings extensive hospitality experience, having held a variety of roles across hotel operations and sales while working with a wide range of leading hospitality brands.

Before joining Coury, Shannon held senior leadership roles with HEI Hotels & Resorts, where she helped shape commercial strategy and supported hotel teams nationwide through openings, transitions, and performance optimization. Her experience across multiple markets and brands has given her a well-rounded perspective and a strong foundation in both strategy and service.
