With over two decades of experience in food and beverage operations and training, she brings deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.

Throughout her career, Victoria has held leadership roles with hospitality organizations such as HMSHost and Gaylord Entertainment, where she focused on operational excellence, team development, and the implementation of consistent service standards. Her work has spanned front-of-house training, new openings, and leadership development—always with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and team empowerment.

She joined Coury Hospitality drawn to its commitment to personalized service and its culture of innovation in hospitality. As the first to hold this role, Victoria is focused on elevating Coury’s F&B standards through impactful, hands-on training that empowers curators and enhances the guest experience.
