Cleveland Landmark Reimagined
The Rosette is a transformative adaptive reuse of the historic Rose and Sloan Buildings in downtown Cleveland, OH. This future Tribute Portfolio hotel will blend storied architecture with modern lifestyle hospitality, delivering a one-of-a-kind guest experience.
The development will feature both a boutique hotel and branded residences, marking Coury Hospitality’s first foray into managing residential offerings alongside hotel operations. Designed to reflect the creative spirit of Cleveland’s Gateway District, The Rosette will serve as a cultural and social anchor for the neighborhood.
When complete, the hotel and residences will bring new life to two landmark buildings, thoughtfully restored to preserve their historic character while introducing elevated amenities, curated experiences, and locally driven design.
